Steven Dunham has over 15 years and thousands of hours experience operating a Bobcat for various landscaping and grading needs. While many claim to know how to operate this machinery, the true test comes with complex and exacting grading as used for roadways and other engineered projects. But even general landscaping projects often require and benefit from someone who truly knows what they are doing. Time, precision and experience are important factors that make up a skilled and proficient operator.      There are many factors that one who is not experienced may often over look, these include (but are not limited to) issues such as spatial awareness of your machinery, (height, lifting, proximity to buildings, posts etc) knowing the weight of your machinery and its impact on the land you are working on, awareness of important underground infrastructure. As well, gradients and loads your machine is capable of and how to maximize each aspect of these. While you may be able to hire someone who claims they know what they are doing, Steven's experience proves he actually does.
